By submitting a wholesale order, quote request, or payment, you (“Buyer”) agree to the following terms.
1. Wholesale-Only Policy
Jersey Joy operates as a wholesale supply platform.
We do not process single-item retail orders.
All pricing, quantities, and services are intended for:

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard wholesale MOQ is 10–20 pieces per style/design

MOQ applies per style, not per size

Mixed sizes are allowed within the same style
Orders that do not meet the stated MOQ may be declined or adjusted.

4. Order Confirmation & Changes
Once an order is confirmed:

6. Customization Policy
Customization services (such as name and number printing) are available on selected products.

Customized items are non-returnable, except in cases of verified quality defects
7. Quality Issues & Claims
If you receive an order with a confirmed quality issue:

Contact Jersey Joy within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted
Jersey Joy will review each case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.
8. Non-Quality Issues
The following are not considered quality defects:

Incorrect size selection by the Buyer

Order quantity mistakes after confirmation

Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display

Delays caused by carriers beyond our control

9. Returns & Refunds

Any approved resolution will be handled according to the agreed solution provided by Jersey Joy.
10. Intellectual Property & Product Use

Buyers are responsible for:

Jersey Joy is not responsible for misuse, unauthorized branding claims, or third-party intellectual property issues arising from Buyer activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
Jersey Joy shall not be liable for:

Lost profits or missed sales opportunities

Delays caused by force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected wholesale order.
